Congrats Inygma! I know how much you wanted this one. Looking forward to seeing you here at the King next year. Meanwhile, I will be spending my spring break in the law library studying, pausing periodically to rip off my shirt and run around yelling "SPRING BREAK!!!"

This needs a bump....

So who all is going to ASD on Saturday?

I'll be driving up Friday to look at apartments, ASD on Saturday, and probably going home on Sunday. My wife and mother-in-law are coming along, though just my wife for ASD.

Soooooo...hey guess what? I'm going to Davis!!! ASD was amazing! I met so many awesome, wonderful people and the campus was really impressive.

Yes yes you were right! I was letting the proposition of not moving sway me away from the right option. I know Davis is the right place for me. It feels sooo good to make a decision!!!

For housing I would definitely look into private rental companies, in addition to apartment complexes. Though this was my first time renting a place, I found renting through a rental company was tremendously beneficial. Explore townhouses/houses/plex properties. Because I went this route, I will be living in a quiet area for very cheap. I also have more liberties I believe, then I would have had through an apartment. Because Davis is a college-oriented town, I can't help but believe the apartment complexes are taking advantage of students. This may not be true, but the prices at a lot of the complexes were a lot higher for a smaller place, then I have noticed through the rental companies.

Time for a bump. I'm about to write a few withdrawl emails, so it looks like I will be a UCD student for sure! I'm a little sad about giving up my other options, but I can't procrastinate forever.

I am 100% on Davis, but too lazy to withdraw from other schools. I don't want to dig up my Hastings acceptance to find my log-in info and USD keeps sending me nice emails

I withdrew from everywhere but Pacific. They waived the seat deposit, so I basically have all summer to decide

If something goes wrong, I have a backup.

Um, dude, I think nuclear war would not be something going wrong enough to make you switch from Davis to McGeorge. Go ahead and withdraw.

Also, Inygma, do the same. Just email the admissions office and give them your name. Think of all those poor kids languishing on WLs. They will love you for it.
