General question.

Regarding Quinn, do you know if they allow attorneys to go part time? Or reduced hours?

Yes. QE is flexible and has numerous lawyers on part-time arrangements.

You forgot "parenting." Believe it or not, there is a market for highly competent senior associates/counsel who don't want to make partner, don't want to bill 2000+ a year, and can live on $150k to $250k.
