I’m considering a position at Troutman Sanders and would be interested to hear more about the culture, billing expectations, work from home options, etc. I’m currently an associate at a V-50 in a major market and am looking to move to a Troutman office in a secondary market. I appreciate this is all pretty vague, but would be grateful to hear from any mid level Troutman associates who can offer any perspective on hours, culture, bonuses, etc.
Thanks!
