I'm currently licensed in NJ (and I'm praying to Jesus that I passed NY, which I took in July). I have a part time non-legal job. As you're all aware of, every two years, you have to complete a specific amount of CLE's. The caveat is that half of them (at least in NJ) have to be live. I live in NYC and I don't own a car. It is a pain in the ass traveling to obscure parts of Jersey and wasting a lot of money both traveling and taking these overpriced courses. I was wondering if it was possible to get a waiver so I can do all of the CLE's online. I could literally purchase a bundle and complete it over a holiday weekend.
