what would you do in this situation?

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Jun 16, 2017 7:59 pm

Let's say, hypothetically, you have an employment agreement in place but they terminated you before you start working for that employer. Hypothetically speaking, you have a good case in wrongful termination and breach of K.

Would you sue your employer seeking damages ( but the damages are small... like a few hundred thousands dollars) OR would you send a threatening letter, hoping to get reinstated?

Why and why not?
Your opinions would be appreciated.

Let's say, hypothetically, you previously asked this same question, and had this thread locked for asking for legal advice on this site. Hypothetically, it would get locked again.
