Do Firms Email After Extending Offers By Phone?
I'm expecting to hear back from a few firms this week regarding my callbacks. I know offers are made by phone and assuming everything went well I hope they do. But do firms follow up these phone calls with an email as well? The reason is that my cell phone shattered and no longer works and am worried I might miss something while I am fixing it.

They will email, because they want to get you the offer letter in writing.

Yes. For two of them I got phone call (voicemail), email, and letter in the mail. I would try to check your voicemail from someone else's phone if possible, if you're worried.
