Can I cancel a CB with non-refundable airfare?
Long story short, got an offer from a place I'd go work at. Have a CB in another city on Monday morning and a flight tomorrow. I don't want to waste the firms time but the flights are non-refundable. What's the best situation here?

Can you really? I thought firms would make you pay the cancellation fee or something.
