waitt, just to clarify... if you nab an interview from a mass mail and you go to the firm to conduct said interview--that's equivalent to the screener and it's not a callback?

Is it one interview? Screener. (generally they'll just do this over the phone or Skype from mass-mail.)

Is it a series of interviews with several people? Callback.

I think it depends on the firm and the market. I've nabbed 3 interviews through mass mail in secondary markets and two were just straight to callbacks.

Last year, I received a CB from DCJF on a Saturday. Just one data point, though.

I do know of one person who received a Shearman offer. That's as much info as I have though.
