Did a CB with them earlier this month. Does anybody have any idea how their hiring process goes? Any offers out already?

I heard that they make decisions on a rolling basis, but they are still doing callbacks as of today.

I interviewed with them a few summers ago and they didn't make a decision until mid-October at the earliest. I recall asking on this forum at that time if any other interviewees had heard anything, and people seemed to feel they were typically pretty slow about extending offers.

Any idea on the offer/CB ratio? I have a sense that it's smaller than 1:2 though.

I'm almost certain that they don't do rolling offers and that mid-October is an accurate timeline.

Relative of mine works on their hiring team. He/she could be wrong, but I suspect the info is good.
