Resumes are not supposed to be "confidential". It's a marketing document.

Of course, if your point is that this organization knows the OP already and therefore shouldn't require this stuff (which I don't really agree with), going to another organization, where they probably don't know the OP, will likely require providing the same kinds of materials anyway, right?
