Mass Mailing - asking for interview

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Jul 09, 2013 10:59 am

I'll be back in my hometown for about half a week later this month...I plan on mass mailing a bunch firms there in the next couple of days

I'm for sure going to drop a line saying that I will be in the area during x dates...but is it proper to flat out ask for an interview ...something like "I will be in x city from x - x and I would welcome the opportunity to interview with you while I'm in town" or something to that effect
