TL;DR Median salaries rise, private practice is up, percentage of people getting bar passage required jobs is still shit. Phrase "new normal" is tossed out there.

Not really surprising if you've read the ABA 2012 stuff already

Good to see NALP acknowledge this point, instead of window dressing jerb problems. How long until "ITE" becomes "TNN" (the new normal) on this site?
