I keep hearing this 5H cutoff for S&C...is it actually true? If you bid them and get an interview and you have 4Hs, do they HAVE to reject you for a callback, or is it possible to charm them into giving you one anyway?

Since they give out so many offers, and there aren't that many people with more than 5Hs who want to go to NY and bid on S&C, doesn't this make their offer rate insanely high?
