Question about Moral Character and Fitness Application

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Jan 17, 2013 1:54 pm

Hello: I was wondering if you guys had to put down where you lived for the past 8 years. For those of you who did, do you think one should put down the dates when he subletted during the summer from a friend? There really isn't any record of it (it was done between us) and it seems like a hassle to fetch the address and dates.

I'm not sure why you would take a chance on bar admission over a slight inconvenience. I would list it, even if the dates are approximate. I know that on some bar applications, you don't have to list addresses that you only used for a short time (I think in Iowa you only have to list those you lived at for more than a month, but I could be wrong).
