Need a Ruling Here

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Nov 05, 2012 4:19 pm

Writing a letter published in a state bar publication against opening another law school in-state because lack of demand for existing lawyers; reference own and others' inability to find jerb. Probably okay or doing damage?

Agreed; it's probably a little of both. On the one hand, if you're jerbless, I doubt you're still applying to employers who have the resources to thoroughly vet their candidates. On the other, writing this article could only hurt your prospects with an employer who does find it.
