I've seen following up with screeners after about a week of hearing nothing mentioned here and there, but I was curious about a few of specific things:
1. Do you e-mail the screener(s), or the recruiting contact for the office?
2. Do you attach your resume or any other materials?
3. How do you open an e-mail like that? Every opening line I can think of to explain why you're mailing feels a bit awkward and feels like it implies that they are dropping the ball.
