Admittedly, I don't know everyone in my class but it seems that a lot of people are sitting on few, if any, callbacks. What are the next steps if you still want a firm job? Was our class just especially bad at bidding and now completely fucked?
The next steps should have been started months ago, but it's not too late to start now.

Item 1: Spend the next 5 hours reading everything you can about this on TLS. There are resources everywhere. Go to the employment forum and dig up what everyone's been doing.

Item 2: Get out there and do them.

I could give you an breakdown of the kind of things you should do, but they've been written about so extensively that you'll get more from it if you do it yourself.

No offense to anyone, but what I've gathered, at least from my friends and what I hear from people around the school is that our class has done pretty well in terms of CBs - I mean, what do people consider "few" callbacks...3? 5? 6?

What does "well" mean? Number of CBs? Quality of firms? Etc.

Re: next steps. What if we've already done them (mass mail, network, talk to ocs, bid small markets, etc) but haven't had any sort of response outside OCI? Can OCS actually do anything else at this point?

How many CBs does one need to do well? I've heard some people with a ton of CBs and others with 0-2.

The only offers Ive heard of are from Rockstar students, who may/may not have had the offers before OCI.

I havent heard of any Duke students who CBd at Weil who has gotten an offer decision yet.

A 3L here.

Last year, people got V100, V50, V30 type of jobs even after they struck out at OCI. It sucks that some had to go beyond OCI, but it is possible if you are diligent. I'd assume people this year are doing better than last year (assuming that market is somewhat improving).

But for those less fortunate, mass mail + contacting alums everywhere + going to job fairs, a combination of these strategies seem to have landed kids some good jobs. If your GPA isn't too terrible, then there is hope beyond OCI. I'd say a lot of firms are still hiring deep into October, so do your best for the next two months.

Maybe you can contact 3Ls who got their jobs outside of OCI. Look at the 3L employment list and find out who got jobs at firms that didn't come to OCI and reach out to them.

Keep grinding, guys.

These are all great ideas; just make sure you do something. Do NOT sit around paralyzed with fear doing nothing. Don't worry about your classes or anything else to the extent you're busy searching for a job. You're in the middle of the prime recruiting season. Most people didn't get their final OCI-related rejections until October or even November. If you wait until then, you'll have a lot less success than if you get out there now.
