3.45 at Duke--target what range of firms in first 15 bids?
I'm not really sure about OCI strategy, what firms should a Duke 3.45 be targetting at the top of the bid list? the bottom?

Pretty much same spot as OP. Secondary journal (one of the better ones), litigation focus, strong ties to secondary market. Advice appreciated.

not sure between lit and transactional. I have strong ties to a small market not heavily represented. Secondary journal.
