Clerkship LoR Logistics
I recently got professors to agree to write me letters. Can anybody explain how the letter process works logistically? Is it inappropriate to ask for a paper copy to mail to off-plan judges before submitting my OSCAR applications? How does OSCAR handle LoR? Any help is much appreciated.

Your school will (at least, it should) handle everything through OSCAR.
It's totally fine to ask professors for a paper copy for clerkships and beyond (unless they specifically only want it for clerkships for some bizarre reason). Again, your school should be able to handle this, too. In fact, I would ask to get a paper copy to use for future positions. Although my professors specifically wrote them for clerkships, I've used them (with their consent of course) for other positions.
Oh, btw, OSCAR seemed to have this hiccup last semester with constantly sending emails to LOR writers after each application was sent off. That is, my recommenders got a couple of dozen emails from OSCAR saying to upload the LOR before one of them emailed me asking what's going on, so it might be a good idea to notify them about that.
