let's say it's mid firm with HQ in Chicago.
the SD office has 5 attorneys.
only these 2 offices are hiring SA.
i would want to jump to a larger firm after some yrs, preferably in SoCal or NorCal.
there are more large firms in Chicago, but SD is in CA.
