Neither have been as forthcoming as I might have hoped. When I first met with Career Services to discuss 1L jobs, they didn't even broach the subject of diversity positions.

Well if you havent already signed up for them, you've missed the opportunity to participate in the BLSA Southern, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeastern job fairs. The latter two had quite a few large employers, and if the Southern job fair is any indication, the competition isn't very stiff (i.e. very few people even bid on interviews).
