OCI advice for below median MVP URM
Topic says it all. Have a 3.2 and no work experience.

Neither have been as forthcoming as I might have hoped. Well if you havent already signed up for them, you've missed the opportunity to participate in the BLSA Southern, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeastern job fairs. The latter two had quite a few large employers, and if the Southern job fair is any indication, the competition isn't very stiff (i.e. very few people even bid on interviews).
