Where is the best place to find the going rate for incoming associates?
I have found this site to be helpful: http://www.infirmation.com/shared/insider/payscale.tcl. But, I'm not sure how accurate it is.
I guess that I'm mainly concerned about the San Francisco market. The site mentioned above shows that only a few firms offer more than 125K. Is that true? Does anyone know what the going rate in SF is? Thanks!
