had a CB with Husch KC almost 3 weeks ago now, no ding, no offer. How long should I expect to wait?

I had to wait a while for my offer and got pretty discouraged. They were pretty good about getting back to me when I asked for updates but, candidly, the updates weren't much more than "hang in there".
