Love this guide. Have one question: When applying law to facts, should you say the case name every single time. And should you incorporate the case name into the sentence, or with a cite (w/o signals) at the end of the sentence?

Awesome guide, very informational! I'm going to be a 1L this fall, so I've been trying to synthesize advice from you, Talon, Arrow, etc.
Just a quick question: Are there certain points during my first semester where I can just step back and verify that I'm going in the right direction in terms of learning/preparing for the exams (like some checkpoints?). I know everyone has their own learning styles so I want to make sure I'm not veering off in the wrong direction. I heard this horror story about someone who supposedly followed all this advice but still bombed first semester exams. Thanks in advance.
