I don't remember the details exactly, but as an undergrad. I had to go to the registrar's office once a semester or once a year (I graduated in '05, so the details of this are a little fuzzy.) and give them the contact info. for my parents' health insurance and have them send "proof of enrollment." This sort of thing likely varies by provider, so I'd recommend contacting your insurer and asking them what kind of proof they require.

ok, sorry for another UVA computer bundle question but... i've put in the request for a budget increase for one of UVA's laptop bundles. Should I go through the steps to pay for it online now? Or am I alright waiting for the loan money to hit in august?

I'm pretty sure there's a deadline around July for ordering to get it at the start of school?

Congrats to the graduates! I have one week left of partying until graduation on Sunday.
Stipend received today. Thanks Virginia!

Hmm, sounds like my kinda car (sex on wheels). I might be interested. Any reason you're selling?

Nor in Phoenix. Ah, well, I'm not going to spend it on anything other than tuition anyway. :|

So I was in Charlottesville yesterday, I went to apply for a few random retail jobs while my BF had an interview, and I have to say that the Chipotle there is insane. I have been to 11 Chipotles in 4 states (but who's counting?), many around lunchtime, but that place was packed!

I don't know if they do it in Cville, but they have fax in orders at the one closest to me and you get to skip the line. You can order online, too. There was also briefly an iPhone app that would allow you to do the same thing, but they got rid of it really quickly.

Does that work well for the Chipotle that you go to? I tried it once, but apparently there were glitches in the system at the time. It didn't register my order even though they had that I was charged for it.

I'm going to go ahead and admit it, I've never had Chipotle and it kinds of frightens me. There's a cultish air about it: people going an hour out of their way to get it, people just get wide eyed and comatose when you mention it and then snap out of it to go into a litany of how great it is.

Does anyone NOT like Chipotle?

I would imagine it would be a paid term bill, but I was hoping there is something else I could use so I could get covered sooner. Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know the age/circumstance limit for getting back on your parents' health insurance? I'm 25 and have been off their insurance since 2007, is there a chance I can go back on it again once I become a full time student? Thanks!
