Letter of Rec Order

Can you add recommenders out of order? For example, can you add the L3 first? Or do you have to add the L1 first? Can you rearrange their order later on?

I got into ~top law schools~ with L2 and L3 and no L1. This is not something you should be thinking or worrying about.
