Blanket. ED for law school isn't like undergrad. It doesn't necessarily increase your chances at admission.

I had almost the same stats as you and got into NYU down (excluding Penn), with up to 120K from a T-13. So, I would blanket so you can negotiate.

I didn't get a scholarship at Berkeley, but they have a weird system and usually require you to send in other scholarships you have so they can "match" it. I didn't send them my 105K from a higher/peer school to negotiate, so I don't know how they would've responded.

No way. Blanket the T14/20 (or NYU on down as you say to save app fee $$$)

Do the Berkeley specific PS if you really want them.
