As a September sitter, I'm getting FOMO from the people receiving PT emails. Are there rounds of PT emails after each eligible LSAT? What was your Duke PT experience?

There are definitely rounds after each time you sit for the LSAT. I took twice and didn't receive any emails from Duke until after my second test (big score increase). You can also ask for PT consideration after you get your score. Someone on the other thread said they asked them Why Duke and to tell them about themselves, that was not my experience and I'm not sure if that's true but it may be worth a shot. Also, don't sweat it if you can't get PT, just apply as soon as possible after you get your LSAT.
