I think it depends. There was a case before the honor council at my college about dishonesty in a student job, and there was disciplinary action taken.

If it was just something like a write-up I think you're fine.

I'd say that it's likely not a C&F issue, unless your college would have kept those kind of reports in your student records. If you were working the job for financial aid reasons (i.e. the school gave you the job because you asked them to find you something to help pay for school), that might mean it's on your school record.

If you're not sure, just call your school's registrar and ask whether those things will appear on any of your academic/disciplinary records from the institution.
