Just hoping to gain some insight for my decision on whether to go to law school or not this coming fall. I have a life science PhD and am patent agent, currently working in tech transfer. I have a full ride scholarship for a strong regional school near where I live (not T14) so I wouldn't have to move and it is an ideal place for me practice. I am trying to decide whether it makes sense to quit full time job to go to school or not. Loss of income would hurt, but spouse can support financially until graduation so I wouldn't need to take out any loans. Given my background, obviously I would be aiming for a career in IP law post-graduation. I'm also worried that I might regret not taking the opportunity now.
Anyways, with those vague details I'd be glad to hear what people would suggest or do in a similar position.
