Re: Send Apps in Now or Wait?
Your time will be better spent prepping for your retake rather than completing applications. If you do apply now, schools will see that you're signed up for December. Chances are they won't even look at your app in the next week or so before the signup deadline so don't bother trying to trick them or whatever you were suggesting.
The early apps won't make a difference at schools like Loyola and Pepperdine where you're surely in, and your numbers aren't strong enough for Irvine or UCLA at this point so I would hold off on those. Also, you aren't likely to get acceptances before the December test so find your confidence boost elsewhere.
Scholarship offers will come out in the spring. The people who retake solely to renegotiate existing scholarship offers retake in June after scholarship offers have already been made. All of this doesn't concern the December test though. Do the best you can do in order to get very strong initial scholarship offers.
