Drop your objectives/summary section (if you have one). Drop your technical skills section. Add an interests section at end (~1 line). Expand on the rest to make it fill the lost space.

Thought just crossed my mind: if you have published papers/patents, I would leave them on there (even though you're not submitting a technical resume).

Side-note in case you're interested in IP: once you're admitted and start sending your resume to firms, you might think about putting the programming languages back on somewhere towards the bottom in a 'skills' section. That's something some IP practices value.
