Admissions Response

Post by js123 » Sun Jan 05, 2014 11:30 pm

If I just finished turning in my apps (December LSAT taker), around when do you guys think I should start expecting some responses? I know every school is different but I just wanted to hear some general responses based on personal experiences and what you've heard from others.

I'm interested in hearing the answer to this too... I submitting 12/20, and am wondering when things will start rolling in. (probably similar to your timeline, since the majority of the previous couple weeks have been holidays.)

Are you talking about acknowledgement of receipt, or actual decision?
You should get an acknowledgement that the app has been received within a week or two, but that 'll really friend on the school
For an actual decision, I got my last decision toward the end of May; on the waitlist, my last final decision in late august

it will depend on where you applied and what your numbers are relative to their medians.

Depends on the range of schools you applied to. As soon as the end of this month for some, for the ones that you likely do or should want to go to, more like late March.
