Naturally, I want to have my evaluations/LORs from my undergrad professors before I graduate, but I was wondering if it would be a problem to have them uploaded now if I don't apply until, say, fall of 2015. Will the LSAC keep my letters/evals uploaded that long? Will the schools I'm applying to be concerned that my letters were uploaded a few years before I apply?
Yes, LSAC keeps them on file. I re-used after taking a year off, it's fine.
If a year off is already in your plans, this just means your recommenders won't have a strict deadline for writing your letter.

LSAC holds on to them for a while. As long as they aren't ancient you should be fine.

You are in a great position, as you don't have to stress about getting a letter on time if a prof slacks!
