Sending one LOR
It's taking a little longer than expected for me to get back LORs, but I do have one from one of my professors. Its it better to just go ahead and send my apps with only one (for the schools that accept a minimum of one), or should I wait it out a couple of week.

Go ahead and send it in. LORs have virtually no impact on an application and it might help to get the apps in earlier.
