Do Harvard, Yale, Stanford offer fee waivers?

Do HYS offer fee waivers (besides the LSAC fee waiver for need-based)?

Yes, but they require you fill out a need-based fee waiver forum specifically for each school (Maybe the LSAC fee waiver supplements this, not sure)

No they do not provide fee waivers.
