My foreign ug gpa suffered a bit in my 1st and 4th year compared to 2nd/3rd year due to explainable circumstances (some extreme circumstances and focus on other research activities). LSAC gpa eval is superior and when overall ug gpa is linearly scaled, which is an inaccurate conversion, to US system it's 3.2. There are some Cs in 1st and 4th year.
In the US grad school, I received MS after 4 years (which includes 1.5 years of internship away from university) due to change in plans (leaving the PhD program for a doctoral level job) graduating with some very hard computer science course credits and just 3.5 gpa.
How much these gpa are going to hurt me; should an addendum explain these?

Re: addendum
Lucky for you, foreign GPAs or GPAs for postgrad work don't affect the schools' numbers, so as long as you hit 170+ you should have a fighting shot at CCN down.
