Duke Law DC Institute

Post by tmanthedman » Sat May 04, 2013 1:31 am

Duke offers an opportunity to take night classes during the summer (about 2 weeks in early August) in Washington, DC, which are focused on law and public policy. Would these classes be any help in obtaining admission to Duke for law school about a month later (September) when I'll submit my application?

I really doubt this could actually help you. It's really all a numbers game.

It won't help at all if you have a GPA and LSAT at or above Duke's medians. If you don't have a desirable LSAT/GPA then it won't help at all.
