I'm admitted by Georgetown in late Oct and now they ask me what level of funding would make a difference in my decision.
I think my number is ok: 50% GPA and LSAT.
The deadline is 2/4(they only give me two days for consideration ). Does anyone have any suggestion?

Tell them no amount of $$ can make you attend, they have no shot at you matriculating there, and that they should then forward that merit aid email on to me instead
But on a serious note, only you can answer this question. Just be honest with them....that short deadline is probably a little too ridiculous for you to be able to come up with an exact number, but based on your other options/offers i'm sure you can come up with a ballpark range of the offer that it would take from them for you to choose them over any other options that you currently have ranked higher than GULC (note: not USNWR rankings, but YOUR rankings)

I received that email as well. I'm guessing you replied by 2/4 so this may not help you, but in case others run into the same situation with GULC later, you might find the discussions in other threads helpful:
