First, don't ask the schools to disregard an LSAT score, especially since your reason for it is that you weren't properly prepared. Instead, note that your second score is a better representation of your abilities.

Second, in order for this addendum to work to its fullest extent, you need to write perfectly to prove that your skills in English have improved. This essay needs heavy revisions to meet that criteria.

Third, I wouldn't worry too much about it, and might even counsel you not to send this to any school that doesn't specifically ask for it. Schools, for the most part, just look at your highest score.
