AP or CLEP courses are summarized and included in the GPA if the undergraduate school transcript shows grades and credits for them. (See Unconverted Credits for transcripts showing credits but no grades.)

My undergraduate transcript lists them but simply as "Pass". Therefore these grades don't count correct? I don't have to submit my high school transcript correct?

Just want another pair of eyes to see what I'm seeing and I'm sure quite a few people on here are in law school and had AP credit on there undergraduate transcript as pass...
I had a butt ton of AP credits and they didn't want to see them. I think it only applies if you did dual enrollment in high school and were awarded college credit by a local CC or something.

That's right. I think some schools offer actual grade credit for AP scores, but most will just give class credit/exemption. If it counts as a grade on your GPA, it will be counted by LSAC. For me, the only high school classes that counted were dual enrollment classes I took. I had to get a transcript sent from a community college I had never attended or associated with and it was a real pain in the rear to get a transcript sent, so just be forewarned if you have to do that.

It sounds like you just had AP passing credits though, so you are correct that it won't count on your GPA.

Despite all the people who post and complain that their GPAs are wildly different than what they actually had, I think if you just read the instructions and follow the rules, you can predict with complete accuracy what your GPA will be. Due to all the posts I was freaking out about my UGPA for a long time, but they processed it and it was exactly what I predicted months earlier down to the hundredth.

No grade on UG/CC transcript = not counted by LSAC. I had 16 AP credits that were counted as pass and they didn't impact my LSAC GPA.
