You definitely seem to have a compelling story and veteran status helps but law school admissions is largely a numbers game. A 2.68 and 158 are auto-reject numbers for william and mary.

The sad part is if I look at the numbers I know I cant go anywhere. My question is I guess is it possible for my credentials to pull me out of the hole I fell in? LSAT retake is out of the question at this point in my life and since I cant wait another year to go to law school.

You don't have to go into the specifics but why can't you retake? 1 good score can mean the difference between acceptance and rejection.

I will have to wait a whole year to try the admissions process again! There is nothing I can possibly do to overcome the GPA crushing that I have as grad school doesn't count towards LSAC GPA. My GPA will always be a 2.shit. Im almost 30 years old, I hate where I currently live (ghetto area), Williamsburg is close by but only want to go there if it is for WM otherwise no way. The amount of money it will cost to move me out of this state (VA) will basically put me in a situation where I will have to seek full time employment and will never realistically be able to go to law school again, its not like I'm 25, I'm almost 30 and law school is 3 years!

On top of all that I want to start my life, I have been holding out on getting a girlfriend and everything because I do not want to be stuck in VA unless it is WM. Its tough

Do you realize that with a 172 you could get into a t14 even with that GPA? By not retaking you would be selling yourself short, if going to law school is something you really want to do. Now, whether you SHOULD go to WM or Seton is another matter entirely.

I honestly don't think I could ever even get that high of an LSAT, if I took a whole year the best I might be able to do would probably be a 162. That test was hard as hell and I sacrificed 3 months of my life and a girlfriend over that damn thing and even if I could somehow get a 170, I never want to see a practice test again for the rest of my life!

I'm 33 and considering putting off a year. Suck it up age-wise. You are fine.

Getting a girlfriend may be the first step toward improving your LSAT score. No need to be so tense.
