Switching ED to RD

Post by jellybean8 » Tue Dec 13, 2011 9:19 pm

So today I switched from ED to RD.

I know a lot of people think it's an instant death sentence, but that's not my question. Would me switching now put me in as a "December" applicant instead of an "October" applicant? I know applying really early has its benefits, and December is pretty late for a borderline applicant.

Just a note- I most likely would have been deferred regardless, if not rejected. But I no longer wanted to risk the binding commitment (due to financial concerns).

Thanks!

I don't know but at least it looks like it would not effect you because you are not going next year.
