Early Decision

Postby jellybean8 » Sat Oct 22, 2011 2:30 am

Does it matter when you send in your application for early decision, so long as it's before the deadline? I guess what I mean is I know that the process as a whole is rolling, so the earlier the better, but does this apply within the early decision category as well?

Thanks

They send almost all ED decisions at once, so I would assume they wait until the deadline to even review them.

Schools that allow applicants to ED at any time, like UVA, are rare and should be considered the exception. Most schools have an ED deadline and make the ED decisions after that deadline.
