Resumes
How does a law school resume differ from a resume you would typically use to apply for a job? It seems like the admissions app already includes spaces to fill out employment and school history. What is the rational behind submitting a resume if the info is already in the application?

Re: Resumes
It doesn't necessarily have to be different than a job resume (although depending on the type of job, they might be ordered differently/have different emphases). as for the app though...it doesn't include space for any description of your jobs. and also for an adcom the resume probably better conveys a sense of the applicant than all the separated sections of the flex app.

The schools ask for one. That is all the rationale you should need.jpal13 wrote:What is the rational behind submitting a resume if the info is already in the application?
Always, always, always follow the instructions. If you can't be bothered to do what the school is asking, why should they do what you are asking them (to admit you)?
