Requesting Fee Waivers

Post by stilles » Sun Sep 04, 2011 7:54 pm

Hello,

I'm going to email schools requesting fee waivers, however I do not know my LSDAS GPA yet since all my transcripts have not been processed (although law school predictor says 3.55). Can I just write that in? Also, is there a comprehensive list of admission email adds for the different law schools? It would make going to each school's website and finding it a lot easier. Thanks and gluck to everyone who is applying!

I think that estimating your GPA is okay, but do it on the low end. Overestimating it would be much worse. As for a comprehensive list of email addresses, I can't think of where one would be so you may just have to do it the old fashioned way.

You might want to check out this link. It's all about the fee waivers people have received for the upcoming cycle. Hope this helps!

I've gotten quite a few fee waivers by e-mailing schools and I simply included by LSAT score and LSAC #, it's worked for 4/5 schools for me so far, so I wouldn't stress the GPA.
