I am aware that binding ed means you must attend that school and withdraw all other applications. However, if you apply binding ed and then choose not to start law school that year (starting a job instead), is it still considered unethical/ what happens?
Or does anyone know where I can find this out.

Re: Binding ED Question
Lots of info on ED and EA: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 22&t=80021
Sorry, I didn't have time to read everything, but I would guess your question is answered in there somewhere. Also, there is a reference about not attending law school at all in the first post, but I'm not sure how such a decision would affect future admissions chances.

Re: Binding ED Question
you can withdraw your ED if you withdraw from all other law schools and decide not to go to law school the following year. you would have to just explain that to them and they'd probably check up on it to make sure you aren't lying to them. i mean, if you tried to apply to that school again later, i dunno how it would look, but....
