I started working at a bank in July and a month into working there I was short money at my station. The amount of money was substantial enough that the bank investigated for a couple days, then put me on paid leave for a week, then three weeks of unpaid leave. They terminated my employment because, "I violated policy around failing to meet performance standards due to unresolved cash shortages." I was informed I could reapply to the company a month after being terminated.
Would this be a situation where I should write an addendum when asked about employer disciplinary action?
