new gpa after first semester grades

Post by agora139 » Tue Dec 14, 2010 9:35 pm

how does this work? i submitted 90% of my apps, but asked most to hold for the Dec LSAT. i'd also like my gpa to be updated to reflect my grades this last semester...how do i do that?
ALSO -- starting an internship that is very relevant for my application tomorrow. how do i inform law schools of this? Send an updated resume via email along with an note describing my addition?

An internship doesn't mean much, starting one even less. Don't sweat it. Just make connections.

Once you get your new grades, send the new transcript immediately to LSAC. They automatically forward it to the schools that you still have an open application for but you may want to e-mail them anyways to let them know to expect it.
