What is Michigan particularly noted for?

I'm writing my PS for Michigan and I'd like to butter them up a bit. I've heard that they are famous for Constitutional law, diversity based law, and legal scholarship. What else? I'm particularly interested in attributes related to civil rights.

Dean Z notes that they are also really a close community, and she mentioned that how you contribute to the community/value community is something that they like to see in an app...I'd recommend (Without having seen either your PS or other essays) either including that in your PS or in a Why Mich essay!

(I don't know much in depth stuff about their legal offerings...sorry!)
